Michael Jackson's New Child Molestation Allegations: Wade Robson Accuses Late Singer Of Sexual Abuse
A choreographer who worked with some of the biggest names in pop music in the early 2000s has accused Michael Jackson of childhood sexual abuse, reports TMZ.
Legal documents filed by Wade Robson -- a choreographer who worked with Britney Spears, *NSYNC, Usher and P!nk (and was rumored to have been the man Spears cheated on Justin Timberlake with in 2002) -- claim that the late singer molested him as a child. Robson's lawyers are asking a judge in the Michael Jackson Estate case to allow him to file a late creditor's claim against the Estate.
Robson, 30, says he met Jackson when he was five-years-old, and says he was sleeping over at Neverland Ranch, as well as the star's homes in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, from the ages of 7 to 14.
The details of the allegations have been sealed by the Los Angeles probate court where Robson's lawyer filed the claim on May 1, but the documents are said to include an affidavit from a child pyschiatrist who treated Robson as a child, reports CNN.
Robson's claims are particularly surprising since he testified in Jackson's 2005 child molestation trial and denied that the singer abused him. What's more, when Jackson died in 2009, Robson only had positive things to say about the iconic performer:
"Michael Jackson changed the world and, more personally, my life forever. He is the reason I dance, the reason I make music, and one of the main reasons I believe in the pure goodness of human kind," he said at the time.
While Robson's claims after all this time are sure to raise some eyebrows, TMZ notes that Jackson's former housekeeper, Blanca Francia testified during Jackson's 2005 trial that she witnessed the pop star in the shower with Robson when he was only 8 or 9 years old.
Jackson was acquitted on all charges in his 2005 trial, and previously had settled out of court for $22 million in 1994, after he was accused of sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy. Jackson was never indicted on allegations brought against him in the early 90s, and when news of his settlement with the boy's family broke in 2004, he was vehement that the money was not an admission of guilt:
"I have always maintained my innocence and vehemently denied that these events ever took place. I reluctantly chose to settle the false claims only to end the terrible publicity and to continue with my life and career," Jackson said in a statement.

Lauryn Hill Jail: Singer Sentenced To Three Months In Prison For Tax Evasion
Lauryn Hill was sentenced to three months in jail for tax evasion Monday.
NEWARK, N.J. — Grammy-winning singer Lauryn Hill stood in federal court Monday and compared her experience in the music business to the slavery her ancestors endured before a judge sentenced her to three months in prison for failing to pay about $1 million in taxes over the past decade.
"I am a child of former slaves who had a system imposed on them," Hill said before U.S. Magistrate Madeline Cox Arleo. "I had an economic system imposed on me."
Hill, who started singing with the Fugees as a teenager in the 1990s before releasing her multiplatinum 1998 album "The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill," pleaded guilty last year to failing to pay taxes on more than $1.8 million earned from 2005 to 2007. Monday's sentencing also took into account unpaid state and federal taxes in 2008 and 2009 that brought the total earnings to about $2.3 million.
Despite having paid more than $900,000 in the past several days, Hill still owes interest and penalties, the U.S. attorney's office said.
In a forceful but controlled statement to the judge punctuated by occasional raps with her first on the podium, Hill described how she failed to pay taxes during a period when she'd dropped out of the music business to protect herself and her children, who now number six.
She said the treatment she received while she was in the entertainment business led to her decision to leave it.
"There were veiled threats, there was blacklisting," she said, without giving specifics. "I was told, `That's how it goes, it comes with the territory.' I came to be perceived as a cash cow and not a person. When people capitalize on a persona, they forget there is a person in there."
In addition to serving three months in prison, Hill must pay a $60,000 fine. After she is released from prison, she will be under parole supervision for a year, the first three months of which will be spent under home confinement.
The 37-year-old South Orange resident had faced a maximum sentence of one year each on three counts of failing to file taxes. Her attorney had sought probation, arguing that Hill's charitable works, her family circumstances and the fact she paid back the taxes she owed should merit consideration.
At the time of her arrest last year, Hill wrote a criticism rejecting pop culture's "climate of hostility, false entitlement, manipulation, racial prejudice, sexism and ageism."
"Over-commercialization and its resulting restrictions and limitations can be very damaging and distorting to the inherent nature of the individual," Hill wrote. "I did not deliberately abandon my fans, nor did I deliberately abandon any responsibilities, but I did however put my safety, health and freedom and the freedom, safety and health of my family first over all other material concerns! I also embraced my right to resist a system intentionally opposing my right to whole and integral survival."
Hill is to report to prison by July 8. It's not clear where she'll serve her sentence. She didn't comment after the sentencing.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Sandra Moser acknowledged Hill's creative talent and work on behalf of impoverished children but called Hill's explanation for her actions "a parade of excuses centering around her feeling put upon" that don't exempt her from her responsibilities.
"She wasn't interested in all those years in paying what she owed," Moser told the judge. At the time of her arrest last year, Hill wrote a criticism rejecting pop culture's "climate of hostility, false entitlement, manipulation, racial prejudice, sexism and ageism."

Dwayne Johnson Surgery: The Rock Underwent Emergency Hernia Surgery
Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson underwent abdominal surgery Monday after sustaining injuries from a wrestling match earlier this month. The "Pain & Gain" movie star suffered a torn abdomen and abductor muscles, he said, from an April 7 match against WWE Champion John Cena, who was defending his title.
"Saw my Dr who had to push my intenseness back thru the tear in my abdomen. Kinda romantic. Surgery is next week. #BringItOn," he wrote.
Johnson's rep confirmed to E! News that the star had undergone an emergency hernia operation last night that caused him to miss the Los Angeles premiere of his new film. Director Michael Bay also wished him well from the red carpet: "Dwayne's hurt tonight. He was pushing it too hard. [He] needs to grow up and stop wrestling 300-pound men."
